4 SIMPLE STEPS


  1. 1.   Print order form. Click link at right to download order form. Order form is writable.

  2. 2.   List quantity, part #s, wood type, options/upgrades and prices on form.

  3. 3.   Please list your receiver type and country of origin, (use AK receiver ID chart on the Tech page).

  4. 4.   Total part/s prices with S&H, name, return address, etc., and send payment with order form. 

       Money orders preferred, personal, business & bank checks gladly accepted.

       All payments should be made directly to Matt Shuster.

  1. • We do not have an in house credit card system, or shopping cart on this web site.

  2. • Simple mail order options include, money orders, personal checks business checks & bank checks.

  3. • Pay Pal can be used for credit or debit card transfers, or checking & Pay Pal account transfers.

MAIL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

6 SIMPLE STEPS  ( You need to have a Pay Pal account set up to follow these steps. If you do not, we can invoice you, or send a request for payment )


  1. 1.   Go to the Pay Pal site and log on.

  2. 2.   Click the “Send Money” button.

  3. 3.   Enter our e-mail address as the account to send money to, then enter the amount to send.

  1. 4.   Enter total amount to send  

  2.    MAKE SURE TO ADD PAY PAL FEES...

  3.    • For debit & credit card, add 3%, ( simply multiply order total, (parts + S&H) X 1.03=total )

  4.    • From checking account, or from Pay Pal account, add 1.9%, (parts + S&H) X 1.019=total )

  5. 5.   ENTER THE PART/S #s & WOOD TYPE IN THE MESSAGES BOX.

  6. 6.   Click send. Pay Pal will send us an e-mail confirming payment. We'll use it as our hard copy.

  1. •Shipping & Handling rates are posted for each part # on their specific product page.

  2. •US Priority Post, is our current standard shipping method. UPS ground is used for large orders, (call for quote).


  1. •INTERNATIONAL ORDERS gladly accepted. Before placing an international order, please check with your countries customs office, to verify that firearms related part are cleared for shipping. Please e-mail for shipping quote. Typically,

   we use US post for international shipping.


• Domestic standard & combined parts order shipping rates listed below.

  1. 1.If you order an additional small part with your 4 pc. set order, such as a pistol grip or hand guard, there are no additional shipping fees.

  2. 2.If you order an additional large part with your 4 pc. set order, such as a butt stock, your shipping fee will go from

    the std. rate of $13- to $16-. If the std. shipping fee is already $16, then there are no additional shipping fees.

  1. 3.If you are ordering multiple small parts, such as a couple of pistol grips, and a hand guard, do not pay for each

    individual shipping fee as listed. Simply use the largest shipping fee for the combined individual parts order.

  1. •PLEASE do not send any funds until you are sure of what you are ordering, and have listed all of the correct part #s,

  any options, upgrades, wood type, prices, shipping address etc.. This will ensure a correct build, and save time.

  1. • DO NOT assume parts come with certain features, if you are not sure, refer to the page regarding your parts, and

  make sure to list it on your order, we can’t guess. Example: please drill cleaning rod hole. So tell us what you want.

  1. • Most orders are cut to order, due to the large variety of options and wood types that we offer. We can’t just refund

  a custom made set because an error was made listing it. Again, MAKE SURE your order is listed correctly and

  completely. Make sure you are ordering what you want. If you are not sure, contact us for clarification.

  1. • We back our workmanship 100%. If there is a problem with a part, ( flaw, damage etc..) let us know immediately

  and we will take care of it. Wood is an organic material, and small splits or flaws can easily be hidden during the

  sanding process. We are human and can miss a flaw from time to time. We will take care of it.

  1. • If a customer fails to list an option or feature, and wants to send it back to have that operation done, the customer

  will be responsible for shipping to us and for return shipping.

  1. • Orders cannot be cancelled unless notified immediately after submitting order. If you had sent a mail order payment

  we will either return or destroy check, if notified before receiving the order. For Pay Pal, it must be right away, as we

  print the order and place it into the production schedule the day we receive it. Again, be sure before you order.

  1. • Some parts may require minor fitting, whether we build in extra material to a part, or whether your rifle has a

  slightly different spec compared to most. Our parts are based on specs taken from good clean examples of specific

  of original AK stock samples, and pre or post ban imported AKs. Your AK may not be exactly the same as ours.

ORDERING INFORMATION AND COMPANY POLICIES

These policies are in place to make sure you order is placed correctly. We are trying to eliminate wasted time in contacting customers

regarding missing details in their orders. Our goal is to streamline our ordering process so that we can get orders out faster, and free up

time for new product development. We appreciate you taking the time to read these policies, and welcome any feedback.
