Available wood types for this set include, Birch Laminate (LAM), Beech (BE), Hardwood Birch (BI), Maple (MA), and Walnut (W).

Typically we stock pre-cut parts in Beech, so turnaround time is usually faster. Walnut sets are always cut to order, to ensure they

come from the same blank. The other listed hardwoods vary in pre-cut supply, and are also typically cut to order.

BASE MODEL 4 piece stock set comes with a Russian AKM

pattern butt stock. It is cut to accept an original AK trapdoor

butt plate, and a military sling swivel, (bottom mounted).

Our std. extended length butt stock measures 9-3/4” from end

of receiver, to end of butt stock.


NO HARDWARE IS INCLUDED OR FOR SALE FROM IWD

Base model 4 piece stock set comes with correct Hungarian

AMD pattern pistol grip, and std. AK upper hand guard.

AMD pistol grip can be ordered cut for the original AMD grip

ferrule cap. See details near part# information.

Base model 4 piece set comes with correct Hungarian AMD

pattern lower hand guard. Comes drilled for cleaning rod hole.

guard retaining cap you have, at time of order. Details posted

Hungarian lower hand guards have a unique

retaining cap that wraps around the top of the

front of the lower. Some have pins, some do not.

Typically folder stocked Hungarians only have

the 2 pins, sometimes std. stocked SA85s have

the pins.
